Let me start by saying, I appreciate blk owned and boutiques. I ordered from them frequently and I expect better from businesses I patron.
So I ordered the Elvira Summer Suit (white) on June 25 it arrived Jul 12. There policy is a "store credit/exchange within 14 days of receipt. ...In original packaging..."
The blazer was too big and the pants were too small. Also, the pants had a black stain and the stitching was unraveling.
I looked on the website for something else I would want for the credit but the selection was limited due to it being not in my size or just sold out completely. Needless to say, I took the hit and figured it be easier to get the suit altered and and cleaned vs paying to send it back and the company holding my $ hostage in hopes I like something else one day.
