The support was terrible

The support was terrible! Bad experience than 3 years ago! Was difficult to contact any advisor all the time, and I did all my self they only send me the application at the University. Not recommending this agency. You will need to pay for the student finance it is ridiculous because you can do it yourself.

Everything you say is a lie, 3 years ago I made an application for the University with you and from the first moment the attention was excellent, at that time I had a person who was always aware of all the emails I received and helped me with everything, I only gave him documentation regarding the exams I received better support, the only bad thing I have to say about that moment is that I was deceived by the agent who pressured me to complete the enrollment and unfortunately I got sick and it was impossible for me to start university, I asked him what I could do in that case and he told me not to worry, that I could postpone it until January and that he would communicate it to the University, this was a lie obviously he did nothing since he only cared about collecting his commission and obviously I lost the semester due to absence, I had administrative problems and fortunately the University helped me return the money for the loan but I had to pay the fees £350 that I had to pay out of my pocket. Now 2024 I am looking for your services again and for an agent to respond to me every 3 days and I got a different one, every email I received I had to do it myself, in short I wonder what service or how I benefit from doing things with you if I did everything myself and for the loan application I have to pay £25 which I preferred to do myself, actually to send an application to the University that can also be done directly to the university yourself, the commission they take is very good for such bad service that I received.

Dear Diana,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We value every client we work with and always aim to provide the best support possible throughout the entire process.

That said, we’d like to clarify a few details in regard to your experience:

1. Our team was in close contact with you from the beginning, assisting you with every step of the university application process. This included helping you register for the English test and offering guidance to ensure you were well-prepared.

While we cannot physically take exams for our clients, we do everything in our power to support you in succeeding. Despite the initial exam result, we were happy to help secure your place at the university with the condition of additional English classes.

2. As for Student Finance. We would like to emphasise that our services throughout the university application process are entirely free. The optional administrative fee of £25 is solely for those who choose our help in filling out Student Finance forms.

Many students find this service helpful, but it is by no means obligatory, and we always make it clear that you are free to complete this part of the process independently.

We strive to make the application journey as smooth as possible for every student, and we regret that you feel this wasn’t the case in your situation. We are always open to feedback and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our services.

Wishing you all the best in your academic journey.

Warm regards,
Veronika
