Awesome free live chat!

Got the web app for my Ecwid shop, been using it for a month or so. The look of the live chat is just sick! Loving that they've added customized themes too. The app itself is super easy to figure out and dealing with customer support definitely became easier. Fast answers + notifications + automatic emails for recovering cart!

Haven't tried the mobile app yet. Would love to have support for social media channels too, hopefully they add it soon enough! Also I'm a bit suspicious why it's free lol
