Ordered a product on September 7. To date have not received the product or any answers to where or when I would receive it. The only thing they did was take my money. What a scam, don't order from this place..

Is The Storepaperoomates a real or a fake store? I have placed an order on 26.12.2022, followed up with a web from mid January and again through email to their support on 23.01.2023 & last but not least with a Tweet on 5.2.2023 and I have received ZERO response! Why has the Twitter direct message feature been disabled I am asking myself?! I should have checked the reviews on Trustpilot before placing an order.

I bought a set of draws in April and have received neither the draws nor a refund.
I have messaged the company MANY times, and been told about delays and given empty promises about delivery dates. Having been overly patient I finally mid July asked for a refund and have since heard nothing despite multiple e-mails

Ordered a fountain from this site on 1st June 2022, should have read all this reviews, I feel so upset, almost Aud 200, and now after almost 45days no goods received and when I email no response, in messenger, whatsapp or email, but before buying they were so prompt. I really feel like the entire site is a scam. Can someone please help. I'm going to dispute now with my bank .

It looks like a real site but is just a front with the minimum requirements to look legit. Chat help is fake, emails to no where with no reply. Order was placed over two weeks ago and no updates, but they took my money right away. They advertise they accept PayPal but there is no option to use PayPal. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company to get my money back. I will change my review if I ever get my items that I ordered or my money sent back.

I Purchase one Soundtouch 30 Bose speaker but they
don't provide any support our any update regarding my order status.

Now they don't answer my emails to get me any properly update regarding about my order.

If i don't get in the next few days update I want my money back and cancel this purchase.

Bad Customer Service if i know would be like that i would never had considered buying on this website.

Update finally got my refund after too many unanswered notifications. At least I got my money back. Doesn't return messages, emails, phone calls. Bought 2 air purifier filters. Should of done my research on this site first. Changed from 1 star to 4 because they finally refunded my money and I promised to update this review.
