I paid for an account today and I needed the seller to google authenticate me as the 8 digital code provided via email did not work.

Before I installed the game that the account runs on, the seller told me "okay", "dont worry", and "we have time", then he went afk for a long period of time, while I was already charged for the account. This is preposterous and disrespectful to your buyer.

Update: 25 Dec 2022. I did eventually settle with the buyer but don’t believe the 2 hour delivery window as advertised from the website itself, as there are real life circumstances that can prevent the seller from being attentive as with my experience.

It took me over 8 hours to get a response from messaging on discord in the morning (our time zones are within 2 hours of difference) and a further 2 hours to settle the account security fully in my name.

The seller uses a problematic Google Authenticator that required up to 2 different phone numbers and the back-up codes provided to me via email and via discord did not work.

In the end, you must rely on the attentiveness of the seller to fully complete your ownership of the account, regardless of how ‘simple’ It may seem at first.

I ended up having a long discussion with this seller after spending an outrageously long time to fully acquire the advertised account to make sure that no one else will suffer as I have had in this experience.

The seller acknowledges that using the Google Authenticator is quite limiting and that they would try and accommodate their buyers more in the future.

But as it stands, my initial review will stay as it is so prospective buyers can think for their selves if they believe that this seller is worth their time.
