I bought a boom beach account from them. As promised, they sent me the username and password within a couple of hours. I was able to log in and change the password of the account.
I wrote to Masterdealer for an issue I was having with the account and got an istant reply, despite texting in the middle of the night.
Overall, I'm pleased with the experience.
