Great insights based on convincing user data. While some of the feedback can be brutal to hear, the positive outcomes make it all worthwhile. Not everyone on our team was initially sold on the value of doing this work, including the boss. But by the end, our full team recognized that it was a very valuable process that allowed us to gain tremendous insight into what we need to change to make our product better for our audience. We have since used the results of this research to launch a revamped website — which has been very well received by our audience.

We worked with Marketade to perform usability testing with parents and young children, to evaluate registration and consent services for digital apps and websites. Early on in the engagement, our approach required a complete redo (thank you pandemic) and they were innovative and flexible while preserving the integrity of the research framework, data, and analytics. Although families were just beginning to cope with transitioning their kids' learning from school to online, Marketade's deft touch helped create a comfortable atmosphere for engagement, in spite of uncharted territory. We found the team to be highly qualified, responsive, and an all around pleasure.

Marketade was able to take our gaps, struggles and lack of user experience expertise and provide us with a thorough training, analysis and skill sets that have continued supporting our product efforts to this date - almost 2 full years later! The team was remarkably easy to work with and really took the time to learn and study our unique industry. We would definitely recommend them to any company looking for an in depth study around the end user experience, for training on what skill sets and tools to incorporate going forward and interactive hands on workshops to guide and teach all employees from the development level to C-level executives.
