Official Complaint Regarding Account Liquidation and Severe Losse

Official Complaint Regarding Account Liquidation and Severe Losses
Account Number: 713695

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings,

I hereby submit this official complaint regarding the events that occurred on Monday, May 12, 2025, at exactly 01:01:06 AM, when all open positions on my account (No. 713695) were forcibly closed simultaneously, without any prior warning or notice. This led to the following consequences:

A substantial financial loss totaling $298,801.89 USD.

The account balance turned negative by –$104,989.53 USD.

This occurred despite the account containing:

Profitable buy positions exceeding $200,000 USD.

Losing sell positions.

Full hedge coverage of 10 lots sell × 10 lots buy.

A positive margin balance exceeding $1,500 USD.

Nevertheless, the platform closed all trades at the same second, as indicated in the trading history, suggesting the presence of an unjustified automated mass liquidation.

Key Points:

1. All positions were closed at exactly 01:01:06, indicating a group stop-out algorithm was triggered.

2. A symbolic compensation of only $126.62 USD was issued under the label "SO Compensation," which is grossly insufficient considering the extent of the losses.

3. No margin call or prior warning was issued before the liquidation.

4. The account was fully hedged, leaving no technical justification for the forced closure of all positions.

My Legal Demands and Rights:

1. Issuance of a detailed technical report showing the margin status at the time of liquidation.

2. Initiation of an official internal investigation into the events of May 12, 2025.

3. Full financial compensation for the incurred losses or reinstatement of the arbitrarily closed positions.

Notice and Warning:

Based on the above, I hereby warn all traders and investors against dealing with this broker due to evident manipulation, abuse of its market-maker privileges, and unlawful, arbitrary liquidation of profitable accounts.

I also call upon the relevant regulatory authorities to take immediate action to halt the broker’s practices and launch a full investigation into the fraudulent activities it is committing against its clients.

Evidence:

Screenshot of the liquidation process.

Account statement.

Trading history.

Proof of balance and margin status.

Chat records with the company acknowledging they would not open the market at the usual time.

With sincere respect and appreciation,
