DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM, REGARDLESS OF OTHERS WHO RATE IT HIGH. I lost $1250 to this company. THEY ARE AWFUL. The phone number does not work. Be careful, especially if you are trying to self-publish a book through Amazon. Be very careful not to use a man whose last name is Shelby or Acosta. They are scammers.

Agreed to market my book and I paid advance payment of $300 on 1/23/2024 and kept insisting on upfront balance payment prior agreed marketing tool preparation. First payment has been made to name " Amazon publishing library and insisted on signing soft copy agreement with stepwise information. I paid the second payment per their link to Marketing Notch LLC 570-2037071 on 11/23/2024. I communicated with both Aaron Francis and Edwin Jude. Since my second intillament payment of $700, I am getting no answer of email or phone. I loost $1000.

Unfortunately, Primer Branding and Marking Notch failed to deliver any of the agreed-upon services. Despite numerous follow-up emails, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any response or satisfactory resolution from the company. On 24 May 24, 18 Jun 24, 26 Jun 24, and 12 Jul, I was assured by Frank Teller and Aaron Francis that I would receive a full refund. However, to date, no refund has been issued. $1,000 is a lot to lose for nothing.

I'm disappointed that I cannot give a rating of zero for this business. They are a scam, no doubt. I paid over $10K for book promotion and printing. It was so stupid of me to wire them the money. Now I don't have any recourse to retrieve my money. Once they received the money, they became silent Don't answer my emails, didn't answer my phone calls, and pretty much they disappeared from the face of the Earth. They have only one or two employees who assume different roles every time you call. DON'T BE A STUPID sucker like me. One other thing. All their positive reviews are also a scam. Period.

I just found a charge on my CC for $1800 dollars.
I looked this up and also found this "web design company" impersonating real businesses. One of them is Macmillan publishing. They used Macmillianpublishiing.us. and the real is US.macmillianpublishing. Not sure how they got my card info, but they are total scammers!!

I have to say that Kevin has done a great work to my company web design. He ensured complete satisfaction and worked hard to accommodate my request some of which were not even in the agreement. Great customer service and result focused. I am now having them market my website through SEO and its going great for the last 2 months. Highly recommended.

I am unable to delete my original review, for some reason, the trash bin icon isn't provided. My company is no longer a customer of Marketing Notch. There were significant issues, in particular with the SEO data that was provided and reported to me. I informed the current Project Manager of the issues prior to leaving. I do NOT recommend Marketing Notch.

After I put a bad review here and in google business I finally got an answer from Ryan and he told me he was super sad because I put a bad review, and that they will pay me if I delete it... I MEAN WHAT?

People don't trust them, they are full scams they were supposed to send the refund in February 2022 and we are in November!! wow! and the worth thing is that they don't answer my calls, my emails, I got several emails bounced.... so what can I say.... just that I'm sad and angry with society...

Guys! use that brain for something more productive! Use that brain to save society not to break them more...

Great job getting my company's marketing set up and running! Frank Shaw is a great Account Manager and would recommend him to anyone who needs Marketing done for their organization!

Genial is a wonderful project manager who stays on top of what needs to be done. He takes a proactive approach in his role which is greatly appreciated as it speaks to his work ethic. For example, a few times he has recommended a phone call rather than email to go over details of the work; this saved a lot of time and provided faster clarity to questions than email alone. He is also great at explaining the processes, concepts, and rationale involved in social media marketing and SEO activities. I recommend Marketing Notch for the great work they do.

Working with Marketing Notch was a great experience. The folks are absolute gems on both technical as well as support fronts. As soon as they implemented the SEO strategy, I could immediately see significant growth in the organic traffic. No cookie-cutter strategies here. Highly recommended.

The team at marketing notch are pleasant, however I do not believe that this is a real business; I believe that it is a scam. Marketing notch used my business's google analytics and added another business to it, without my knowledge or the knowledge of the other business owner. They also increased our presence on Facebook, but in another country. Most of our backlinks on our site were directed to India. They also would repeatedly ask for "complete access to the website", even though they already had monitored access to do what was requested of them. I would not recommend Marketing Notch, and do not believe that this business is located in the US as advertised.
