He signed a contract explicitly waiving chargeback rights, used the leads, repeatedly said he is happy, said the issue is his own sales process and not the leads, ran free trials, and stated on a recorded call "you guys are fine, you guys are doing your job." Then filed a chargeback anyway. Dishonest business owner who does not honor signed agreements. Avoid doing business with this company.
