Horrible Refund Policy

I purchased a profile from the marketplace and it would not install on my stream deck. This is the third time i have had this issue. Elgato support had me contact iron city and they provided the same steps plus a fresh download which did not work. I requested a refund and i provided a screenshot of my purchase receipt. Now they say i have to provide the full receipt number and the email thread from iron city and they will consider issueing a refund.
I am never going to buy a Profile or Plugin from them again.
3 strikes and you are out.

Easy to use

The marketplace is easy to navigate through. And installations for the stream deck are very easy.

marketplace.elgato.com no customer support

Hi

You cannot delete your marketplace.elgato.com-account or change email. Elgato.com sends email that you must send email to data.controller_at_corsair.com to ask them to delete marketplace.elgato.com-account, but they do nothing to delete it. Like the customer support is nonexistent. So use precaution with elgato.com, marketplace.elgato.com and with corsair.com accounts.

So be warned! No customet support!
