Horrible Refund Policy
I purchased a profile from the marketplace and it would not install on my stream deck. This is the third time i have had this issue. Elgato support had me contact iron city and they provided the same steps plus a fresh download which did not work. I requested a refund and i provided a screenshot of my purchase receipt. Now they say i have to provide the full receipt number and the email thread from iron city and they will consider issueing a refund.
I am never going to buy a Profile or Plugin from them again.
