This used to be my go-to website to buy items and stuff, but nowadays (and even when I first started buying from here) the bot trades take pretty long to be sent and on top of that, the website has been kinda buggy itself.

Items can take either a couple minutes or more than 24 hours to be delivered. That's kind of ridiculous. Even if I buy, say, multiple of the same thing, I'll only receive ONE of that thing "quickly," but the rest? Gotta wait 10+ hours!

About that... All of the items you buy are sent in separate trades. Even if you buy multiple of the same item. You will receive a different trade for each duplicate. It's an insane waste of time... It would be so much easier and would probably take less time to just send one trade for ALL of the items you bought. Why is everything separated???

And the website being buggy MIGHT just be me... But I've been seeing the website go "under maintenance," but then I reload and it's perfectly fine. It'll be like this on a different device, but on another, it's like it never happened. The website has also been somewhat slower recently, for whatever reason. Again, might just be me, but still.

I WOULD give this 3 stars, since TECHNICALLY this website is perfectly "fine" to buy from, but I've been having trouble with this website ever since I started using it, like the slow trades and such.

It's honestly not that good, plus the prices for some items are WAY more expensive on here compared to other sites. So you're better off buying stuff somewhere else.

Requiring identity verification just to buy TF2 keys is excessive. This isn’t a high-value asset like real estate or high-end jewelry—it’s a virtual item, especially when the item is overpriced compared to other marketplaces. The 'high fraud risk' explanation feels like an excuse to over-collect user data.

I'm buying TF2 keys for PayPal on this website. Everything is good: the price is good, and there are no fees for the payments.

I have used this website to buy TF2 items for a while now and have had no bad experiences thus far. This is possibly the best website to purchase all the cosmetics, weapons, and taunts to fill your heart's desire!

the trades kept failing and I had to wait over 10 hours

Payment process went well, but some issues appeared on Steam's Side when receiving the items. I probably should have waited when the Steam API wasn't in trouble to purchase these items.

Thankfully there is a failsafe system in place when the trades failed, and they will redeliver my missing items in 6hrs.

One of them was seemingly dropped by Steam entirely, as I had the chance to accept it, but the trade turned into an "Unable to load details for this trade" decline error, (I can verify my two of five expected items were in that trade) which neither side can create themselves. The other trade never even made it to my side.

Prices are great, I get my items quick, and I dont have to worry about getting scammed!

I've used this website over 5 times now for purchasing items, and they've always delivered what I ordered perfectly fine. The issue is however that there is ALWAYS a hold placed on my items, that requires a human staff member (of which always take 12+ hours) to verify. Really disappointing.

They don't add extra fees on top of the final price, so what you pay is what you pay.

They have the cheapest prices, easy to pay with either card or paypal, and the delivery is under 5 minutes

I love marketplace! they give good deals and are in my opinion the most secure place to buy items in tf2 right now :)

Its honestly really easy to use, however it did take 6 hours for 5 items to send so you have to be a little patient

Has been my preferred method of purchasing tf2 items since I found it. Only gripes I have are the single item trades and trade cool downs.

I always use marketplace.tf because its cheaper, faster, way more reliable and its easy to navigate, the selection system is good, the filters are great and the settings are easy as can be! the only downside is selling is very controlled so if you are under 18 (which i was when i first found it) it is really good at stopping you from selling stuff. but i just use sk*npo*t to sell. ;)

Fast delivery and super safe buying experience. I have never had an issue receiving my items and the items are cheaper than the SCM.

They raised the base cart checkout to 5$, Almost every time without fail my items will go on cooldown AND for the past 3 orders in a row (only being around 10$ each) they placed it under manual review, so it takes EVEN LONGER to get the items I spent real world money on, I've been buying a lot of things here and I'm getting really sick and tired of the waiting.

Marketplace has always seemed like a trustworthy site to me. I have been buying TF2 keys there for years and never had any issues. However, I do have to complain about something, especially recently. The waiting time for the bots to deliver the keys has become increasingly slow. In the past, it used to take no more than 5 minutes, maybe 10 at most. But now, the waiting time is very inconsistent. Sometimes you receive part of your order quickly, and the rest takes much longer than expected. In conclusion, that is the main reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5.
