Mark’s food is of the highest quality and freshness. I recently had both Devon crab and smoked salmon salads. The ingredients were so fresh and the innovative use of accompaniments was of the highest standard. I would recommend Mark and his team very highly. His food offering at the golf club is excellent value. The golf club has also revised its wine list and the wines now match the excellence of the food.
