We purchased a king mattress

We purchased a king mattress, box springs and frame from Mark's in Hermitage. Shopping was a pleasant experience, delivery fine (for a fee). Problem started less than a month later, the mattress developed ridges in it. We were told to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer which we did. Their findings were that the mattress was DEFECTIVE they would replace with 'a comparable mattress' and all we have to do is pay over $350 for shipping (in advance). Mark's says the mattress is discontinued and they have no relationship with the manufacturer. Unless we want to come up with the money for shipping we are completely out of luck. No store credit offered - NOTHING. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU MAY LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!

From what I can gather so far is that your mattress was made by Restonic and looks like you mentioned they found the mattress defective but would require you to pay for shipping of the replacement mattress in advance.

DONT EXPECT WARRANTY SERVICE!!!!

Bought both King and Queen mattresses with box springs 2-1/2 years ago. Queen still great but King is "broke down" significantly. After stopping in store about a week ago, we filed claim form and did all that was asked and wasted three days only to find out we now need to go to manufacturer which i have done online. You know those tags that consumers can remove from mattressess?? Well DONT!! Have to have to file claim!! We have receipt and everything showing proof of purchase for mattress and also handwritten 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON BOTH MATTRESSES! I am so upset after spending almost $2000 a little over two years ago. i will never shop there again and be sure to spread the word to all I know.

Update because I can't reply directly to the reply to my original review is they offered me $400 store credit on a mattress that I paid $700 for! No thank you! Not something you normally do? Well you should especially when the receipt from the store explicitly States 10 year warranty on both mattresses. Furthermore, yes we remove the law tag no one told us not to or that there would be any reason why we shouldn't as do I'm sure a lot of people. Nice try but you will get the review that you deserve!!!!

After speaking with both the store manager and the regional manager, I think I'm up to speed with where we're at with your issue. I believe you purchased a Symbol mattress from us and that is the one that is currently defective. As with many retailers, the fastest way to get a movement on a warrantied product is to have the consumer contact the manufacturer directly. With that being said, if I understand correctly, you have removed the law tag, which will make getting a manufacturer's warranty claim very difficult. So, even though this isn't something we'd normally do, we're willing to extend to you an in-store credit in the amount of $400. Unacceptable service and quality

Purchased in Oct 2018 based on Dave Ramsey recommendation, The salesperson was filling in at this store because they didn't have coverage. The delivery was botched and after taking a half day off work the salesperson owned up to his miscommunication with the delivery people and their response was we can " do it in a couple of days". After a week of sleeping on the mattress the foam bunched up in the middle. We worked for hours trying to flatten it out. My wife has had back and hip pain ever since we got the mattress. So we have removed it. We have tried for the last 4 weeks to contact the company with email and phone calls, to no evail. So now I have a King size $4300.00 bag of foam we can't use in storage. If I did business this way I wouldn't be in business long. Just sad.

Incredible service!!

Incredible service!!! I just moved to Nashville from Pittsburgh and the person assisting me (Nikki) was amazing and made it a very enjoyable experience. She did not pressure me at all to purchase and told me all about the area. I purchased a mattress and I called back the next morning because I forgot I needed to purchase a box spring as well. Even though my mattress was already on the truck to be delivered she got the truck to come back and pick up the box spring for me as well with no extra shipping cost. I HIGHLY recommend them. Plus I love my mattress!
