Could not recommend these guys enough. Came to solve a problem another company created on a roof light. Came early, went out of their way to stay until the job was done even though it ran on way beyond expectations through no fault of their own. Fast, efficient, friendly, nothing was a problem. Staff were massively knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

In my experience building an extension these guys are A+. Wish I'd gone to them in the first place.

Triple glazing was ordered to an agreed formal glazing specification. A different product specification was supplied which did not fit the windows and therefore had to be taken away. Replacements were offered at full cost i.e. the 50% upfront deposit paid was forfeit. Mark Smith Glazing was not prepared to reach any replacement agreement which incurred any cost whatsoever to them.
