Terrible experience!
Bought some Mark Todd Winter Riding Boots from Viovet (never had trouble with this website, they are very good) and they arrived in early November.
After very, very light use, by December both boots had completely broken; the rubber welly part completely broken away from neoprene gaiter part on both boots.
I emailed The Mark Todd Collection on 2nd January, and was told that they aim to respond within 48 hours.
Weeks later, and still no response, I reached out to them privately on Instagram. Still no response. Reached out to them on Facebook, on a public post this time, and instead of responding, they just deleted my comment.
I've had to contact Viovet to see if they can help me, but it's not really their job as they're just the stockists, not manufacturers.
It's so disappointing. They weren't expensive boots, but I was made redundant earlier in 2020 (due to Covid) and spent 8 months out of work. This was the first "treat" to myself when I was working again. Totally gutting when money has been so tight this year.
