IMPOSSIBLE to do a Return

They seemed like a legit company, but this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had dealing with a business. If you need to do a return for an online purchase, I can confidently tell you that based n how things are running in summer 2026 you will NOT get your money back. This company completely ignored me when I was trying to do a return that abides by their return policy. No one answered the phone, or responded to emails or texts at the email address / WhatsApp and company phone number they provided. I contacted them for a return as soon as I received my order and reached out to them at least 10 times over the course of 6 WEEKS. What a colossal waste of my time and beyond disrespectful of them to put customers in this position. If they’re experiencing some issues, it would’ve been so easy to just create an automated message on their phone line or add an automated reply on their email. The fact that they didn’t bother to do that while their website claims they offer easy returns and exchanges is baffling. I had to do a charge back with my credit card to get the return I was entitled to. If you’re trying to buy online and you’re relying on the ability to do a return, stay far away.
