What a fabulous customer service who got in touch after I cancelled my order because the dog wasn’t eating it and I was sick and tired of throwing it out. It’s too expensive for that. You come back with a suggestion of trying and heating it the dog at it all straight away.

When I received your 4 boxes I had only just received a considerable amount of frozen food. I have Lucy with Marleybones and she loves it (but she is food orientated!). I will continue with her original food and consider whether to change to Marleybones in the future. Thank you for all your help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Customer service felt very personal. Food is fantastic. I am moving from raw to Marley Bones and I was able to get a trial box as I was still using up my frozen food. My dog loves Marleybones
My dog has been advised by the vet that he has allergies and the lamb Marleybones is the best food that both agrees with him and he loves. I’m almost tempted to try it myself it looks so fresh and healthy.
He has also recently started taking the joint supplements and he leads us to the cupboard and points at them with his nose to say he wants one he loves them so much.

My 9yr old greyhound loves this food! I think this is my dog’s favorite thing ever, especially the lush lamb. My Border Terrier is a fussy dawg when it comes to dog food. But he really enjoys Marleybones and licks his bowl clean. When I first gave it to him I added a bit of warm water to bring out the flavour, which worked really well as he’s not looked back! It’s also so easy to use and store away with its convenient small packaged pouches.

The perfect dog food.
After a small issue, which was resolved very quickly and efficiently, I can honestly say that Marleybones is the best dog food that I have ever bought for my Border Collie and I have been buying dog food for a very long time. From the moment she sees I have the box in my hand, her eyes light up and she can't wait for me to put her food down. She licks her bowl clean of every tiny morsel. I have never seen her so enthusiastic about her food before. I don't give my praise lightly but Marleybones is really the best dog food I have bought.

I was committed to another fresh dog…
I was committed to another fresh dog food brand, but it was frozen and lately when defrosted some packs were just not the usual quality and my dachshund wouldn’t eat them. This was what made me try the Marleybones trial pack. Firstly my daxie loves it in every flavour, it’s so easy to portion, the treats go down a storm. We have just received our first full months supply and the volume of food and products for the price compared to the previous brand is crazy! I was paying the same amount for 14 days of food which I padded out with chicken for her.
Having the freezer back is an added bonus! As well as not forgetting to defrost food and being able to take packs away easily.
Have to add, I have a very senior chihuahua who will only eat freshly cooked sausages or chicken thighs, he decided not to eat either so tried him with some Marleybones and he devoured it! He in all of his 14 years has never taken to dogfood! Just increased next months order 🤎
