Many thanks for acknowledging our excellent overall performance on this very complex project. It is extremely unfortunate that your contractor failed to check their order acknowledgement as clearly requested in obvious, multiple locations on this very important document before signing off. However, following this avoidable situation and as a gesture of goodwill we subsequently proposed a split cost resolution to which you were agreeable and your email to us regarding this offer quotes ‘To share the further costs would seem the equitable solution’. With this in mind we are puzzled to understand why we have been unfairly downgraded on a public review platform yet this does intelligibly emphasise the importance of thoroughly checking all of the order details and the dangers attached to not doing so.

Regarding doors, all cylinders come with three keys as standard - even if you have multiple keyed alike cylinders, you still only get three keys unless more are requested at the ordering stage. You requested two extra keys making five in total – additional keys are easily available if required.
