Food your fussy cat will love

The food is human quality and even smells like it should, you feel you could eat it yourself. Highly recommend this developing company which brings on new flavours over time

I ordered Marro for my 15 year old cat

I ordered Marro for my 15 year old cat, which helped him gain a bit of weight, that was needed. But we were only customers for a few months as sadly Lucky passed away from heart failure. I canceled my plan and 2 days after I received a bloom and wild parcel. This was belonged kind. Thank you.

My cats are gradually beginning to like the food I will share out little portions between 2 of as neither were finishing the whole sachet but seem to enjoy and clean the bowl with the smaller portions my overweight girl just might loose some weight

My fussy cat loves Marro!

My cat is usually quite fussy but he is loving his new marro fresh food. He takes some time to adjust to the different flavours and adding some of his dry food to it helps to encourage him to try it but he eats his fresh food so quickly and he’s such a happy boy. So pleased we got the trial for a selection of flavours and I’m happy to keep him on fresh food from now moving forward. The deliveries come well packaged with ice blocks to keep the freshness of the food and the website is easy enough to navigate to make your orders and amend order dates. Just wish there was an app to access our account. Thank you Marro!

Highly recommend , cats love it.

Most importantly , ny cats love Marro. Ivw been buying it for a year now and they still enjoy it.
Because its mostly meat (unlike supermarket packet food) they do not need any where near as many packets per day. So although it seems a bit more expensive it works out cheaper. Im sure its healthier yoo as not so many added fillers.
As for ordering and delivery its excellent . You can choose, chop and change your cats menu each time and same with delivery date. It arrives always on time, well packaged in ice packs and a lovely box and jow and again they through in a cute little cat toy . Highly recommend.
P s cats poop dosnt smell so bad on Marro either.

When tigger got his first box and his first meal he took a little bit that was it he wanted and left an empty dish now every day he is there meowing if I don't do his dinner quick enough before I chose your company he used to leave his dinner and there would be some left next day now his dish is lick clean

Fussy Rescue

My fussy rescue has cleaned his plate every time and cries for more when finished! He's looking so much better with shiny coat and more energy. For a 15 year old he's doing so well, thank you.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from…

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. Had an email saying 60% off so I logged to look. That was it! Didn't choose to restart my subscription or anything like that. Hey presto my subscription has started again with a 30% discount. Emailed to say cancel and was told it's too late they can't, but if I wanted I could give the cat food to charity? I'm paying £36 for an order I never wanted and they tell me to give it to charity! AVOID IF I WAS YOU!!!

It appears that the "get my next box" button was selected within your account portal, which triggered the automated renewal of your subscription. I understand this was not clear and it was not your intention to do so when in your account.

I completely understand your frustration regarding the advice you received to donate the order to charity while still being charged from our chat bot. This did not match the nuance of your situation and should have been passed to a human team member sooner.

Such a gem of a company

Such a gem of a company. Great food and people. They have always been super supportive of our 24 year old marco. He's been poorly a few days ago and they sent a Moonpig A3 card wishing him well.

Our cat has food allergies

Our cat has food allergies, we were struggling for months to find anything that didn't give him an upset stomach, we tried everything including prescription options, mono proteins, hydrolyzed, probiotic supplements and nothing made a difference. Within one day Marro solved all of his issues! We have been feeding Marro for over a month now and he is so much happier now, back to playing, his coat has become soft and glossy and no more tummy problems!

Fantastic product which my cat loves

Fantastic product which my cat loves, he never leaves a trace of it! He needed to lose some weight as he was obese, he has now lost 1kg which we are really pleased with. Customer service has been excellent as well. Plus we my cat loves the cute Marro box! I would highly recommend Marro!

Cat mommy of 4

I am a cat mommy of 4. My eldest and youngest will eat anything but the 2 middle ones are so fussy. With marro I got my 3rd baby to eat but my 2nd baby will not eat anything but lidls chicken. So he still het his chicken but the other 3 are so happy on Marro. Thank you for your wonderful food and service.
