ORDER NEVER RECEIVED
I have never received my order and after emailing customer support have still not been given s timeframe for when my order will even be shipped. If i dont have my order at the 30day mark, i will initiate a fraud claim with credit card company and then actively troll every ad i see on social media that this is a scam. MARS reply below is disingenuous at best as they HAVE reached out......but yet I still don't have my order nor any shipping updates. I am getting a runaround it seems

Sent wrong product TWICE
After a month of back and forth with these idiots for a wrong product being delivered, they finally agreed to replace with the original product I ordered. Not so surprising, they sent the wrong product a second time. Since then they have refused to communicate for a refund. I have followed up with them at least 4 times in the past 2 weeks without reply. Do not buy from these incompetent fools. Can’t wait for the disingenuous generic response from the supplier.
