Amazing customer service

I have a Code25, and it is a great product!
I had problems when creating my account in the app, because the confirmation email wasnt being sent. But, after talking with the support, they fixed this service and I managed to create the account.
The amp is great, and the app is very cool. Very happy with my Marshall.

Bought a refurbished item only for the new item to reduce in price for less than the refurbished price a few days later. Emailed Marshall and they responded reasonably quickly. They eventually issued two refunds which reflected the reduced cost of the refurbished item in line with the sale cost for new. Real quality item too.

2-year warranty when purchasing from official website ... worked really well. My earphones Motif 2 ANC developed the issue (the mesh/grill detached) after a year and an half of usage, I raised warranty request via chat, they came back to me via email, and once I provided all the proofs and details - swiftly sent me a new replacement pair. So, thanks guys for the working warranty

I have had Marshall Iv headphones for less than two years . I don't even use them very often only when on a run .
They now won't turn all. I have tried everything. They reset and have a green charging light but when you unplug them they won't turn on.
Longevity seems to be a common issue with this product looking at reviews .

I have bought the brand new Marshall JCM900 studio 20 combo, and it is the worst 2300$ canadian bucks i had lost in my life, i reported the real bad soumding to Marshall straight then to the retailer in Mississauga Ontario, LA Music, none of these two wanted to hear was my complaint was... bottom line i was stuck with a 2300$ amp that sound like a 95$ fender transtor 10 watts. And I am not exagerating.. on clean the amp sound pretty OK, on channel B with gain at 4 ok, but after trying godzillion settings and adding distortion pedals, (Nobels, Gurus, Mxr, Boss ) nothing works there is that anoying fizz and harshh sound that scraps all lead, distortion which you may call it drive sounds. And i'm not talking about the fx loop that scraps the whole sound from input to output, the main problem is in the input and through the whole amp . just crap with fizz and beeeezzz . worthless purchase ever, ( of all the 50+ amps I had in my life ) don't waste your money or good senses on such a piece of crap.
Their "Monitor" Range which retails headphones at over £300.00 is a shambles.
For this cost you would expect premium parts instead of cheap plastic which can easily snap if held in an incorrect position.
I was (un)fortunately gifted these and didn't have the privilege of parting with hard earned cash for such a poorly designed product.
They developed a fault charging with Marshall providing a 3 month warranty on £300 headphones...BE AWARE.
