Highly recommend Marshall’s. From the enquiry and booking to the quality of the service on the day, we couldn’t have asked for better. We had a special day out booked with a large group for an important event. The coach was immaculate, comfortable and cool in hot weather. Our journey in to London was managed so well by our awesome driver, Carole. Who made sure we had everything we needed and was always mindful of the time of our event and location. We arrived with plenty of time and once the event was over she was ready and waiting to take us all home. She communicated with me to let me know her location and was always warm, friendly and it was obviously important to her that we had a great trip. Very grateful to her for making it a great experience and to the team for sorting our booking.

​Our driver absolutely saved our trip with their incredible knowledge of the roads and routes. On our day of travel, we hadn't factored in the Ceremonial Opening of Parliament, which caused severe disruption to our journey. The driver was excellent—they expertly navigated around these major road closures, kept us constantly updated, and got us as close to the theatre as possible. Without their experience and expertise, we would have definitely missed the start of our show.
​They then returned to pick us up at a spot that was highly convenient for us, and even kept everyone's spirits up through the heavy London rush hour traffic on the way home.
​Having used Marshalls for previous school trips, I have always found their drivers to be outstanding professionals and superb representatives of the company. I highly recommend them for school travel!

We used Marshalls to provide a coach for our recent wedding. From start to finish they provided excellent service and were very reliable (turning up near midnight on a bank holiday weekend to transport our guests home).
Furthermore, the driver was very friendly and allowed one of our guests to use the microphone for a final sing song. A perfect end to our wedding!

We used Marshalls to transport a large group of students, staff, luggage and large instruments from our residential venue to the concert hall for our end of course concert.
The booking process was smooth and emails responded to promptly by the professional office team. They even upgraded our coaches when we confirmed our final numbers.
On the day, the drivers arrived in good time and packed all the gear efficiently onto the coaches. Although we didn't know where at the venue we were able to be dropped off, the drivers knew exactly where they were aiming and the drop off went really smoothly and safely.

Very responsive and fast service. Were on schedule and very reasonably priced.

I used Marshall coaches for two separate return journeys on the same day and the service was exceptional. Booking was smooth, with the team giving helpful advice and guidance for the complexed trip and responded to my questions speedily.

On the lead up the drivers contacted on the day. They worked with me to make sure we had the best pick up and drop off points. They were very patient, polite and kind with me. That continued for the journey where my attendees were all happy with the service the drivers gave and how nice they were. The actual coaches were good. I used 2 double decker buses that was fantastic to get my large number of guest and the smaller 42 seater which was great quality.

I've had bad experiences with some other coach companies but I will 100% use Marshall's again and so would definitely recommend.

Have used Marshall’s coaches for trips such as Ascot, I found them reliable, clean and friendly drivers. My son’s school also uses them for multiple long or short trips and we have always found them to be safe and comfortable.

I’ve used Marshalls Coach Company multiple times now, and every experience has been fantastic. The team is professional, reliable, and always delivers great service. On the few occasions where there were minor challenges, they handled everything incredibly well — communicating clearly, resolving issues quickly, and going above and beyond to make things right. It’s rare to find that level of care and responsiveness these days.

Fantastic experience with our driver Vanessa to Royal Ascot on Saturday. The bus was comfortable and we were glad of the air conditioning in the hot weather. Vanessa was prompt and a good driver. Happy to stop for comfort breaks and take photos for us. She even came back after dropping us home to return sunglasses and an umbrella left on the bus.

Booked with Marshalls for Ascot the last couple of years, always great service. Turn up on time - drivers are professional and courteous. Quick, pleasant service from management, coaches arrived on time and drivers were very friendly. Excellent time management. Would definitely use them again for our school trip.

Witnessed speeding and driving aggressively in convoy on a busy motorway. Dangerous drivers should not be responsible for coach loads of school kids!

We went on our Christmas trip today to York, the coach was beautiful & decorated in tinsel which I thought was a lovely touch, Christmas songs were playing and the journey was very good & the driver kept us safe, we all appreciated that he still came in such awful conditions with a storm coming over, my only complaint was when we arrived back from our day of shopping, we were all wet through from the rain & cold, the air-conditioning was on all the way home it was very uncomfortable for us, we were freezing I had to call out for him to put the heating on, so please next time can I ask for consideration of some heating especially as we had elderly people on the coach
