Arrived with all yellow leaves and I doubt it will make it.. nursing it with water and sunshine best I can using advice from nursery. Most leaves now fallen. Obviously was in dark box too long !! Won’t order again, second time this has happened 🙁

UPDATE - today 10th August 2026. Plants arrived today. Brown/yellow soggy mush. Unplantable. Consigned to compost. Total waste of everyone's time due, largely, I suspect, to the poor quality delivery service (EVRI). For info, order was placed on 16th July, dispatched 21st July. Been sitting in Evri's depot/van for 20 days. No young plug plants will survive that length of time in the dark. Maybe this company should review their courier service. Evri appears, if the reviews are indicative, to cause a lot of problems
ORIGINAL REVIEW - Plants did not arrive. On enquiry, advised that "lost in transit" and a refund will be arranged as stock no longer available.
Had I not enquired about the delay I would not have known.
Although failure probably due to the poor courier service (Evri) nevertheless an unsatisfactory experience which reflects adversely on the seller.
I would rather have had timeously delivered plants for which a bed had been prepared.
The refund now received.

Unhappy experience
My purchase of compost did not go well. Ultimately I found the visuals and description on the website were misleading and the pricing very expensive. I thought I was buying two bags of compost but only one was delivered. The photo showed two, the headline description referred to a "pack" and the price, compared to our nearest garden centre, was slightly dearer than they charged for two bags of the same compost. Given the convenience of delivery I was prepared to pay the extra, so when only one bag arrived I was shocked and very disappointed.
I rang Marshalls and I did not find the initial agent understanding or friendly.
I wrote to complain and returned the product. After a few exchanges I secured a full refund.

Trees arrived looking very dry and…
Trees arrived looking very dry and almost dead! One has come to life and looking ok the other one’s leaves are turning brown and looks like it’s dying. Definitely not worth the money!

Damaged packaging (again)
This was second time at trying to get plants delivered. First time had to phone to find out where they were to discover they had been damaged in transit. This time when plants arrived, packaging was again damaged, compost completely dry and plants had come out of plugs....
Suggest that you look at the quality of service from courier or get better quality packaging....
