SCAMMERS! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!
I hired this company to clean two upholstered chairs, expecting a professional cleaning and a good result. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
When they arrived, I was surprised that they came in a sedan and used a small handheld machine to clean the chairs. After the work was completed, I was asked to make the check payable to an individual's name rather than the company's name, which I found unusual.
The real problem became apparent after the chairs dried. They looked significantly worse than they did before the cleaning. I immediately contacted the company because I expected them to stand behind their work and return to address the problem.
Instead, I was asked to send photographs, which I did. When I subsequently followed up, I was told to send the photographs to a different phone number, which I also did. Despite additional follow-up calls, I received no meaningful response or proposed resolution.
I also asked for the owner's name and was refused.
At this point, I have received neither a resolution nor any meaningful effort to correct the damage. I have documented the condition of the chairs and my communications with the company, and I have filed a consumer complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ask questions about who will actually be performing the work, how the work is performed, who they are contracting with, and what happens if the results are unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
