When times are tough
When times are tough , I urge anyone or everyone do not bury your head in the sand. Call Marsh Finance and ask for support. Akbar was understanding and approached my circumstance with dignity and respect and was able to sort my issues with him. Appreciate the fact that he had compassion.

Sarah advisor is very helpful.
Sarah was more than helpful with my question regarding my end of contract for my account and confirmed to myself that all direct debits are cancelled and paid in full. Sarah was curtious, and friendly and even wished me a happy birthday for tomorrow....twice! Thanks.

Payment issue resolved
I called as my weekly payment was being taken on a Thursday instead of a Friday for the last 2 weeks, I spoke with Sarah who was very helpful and polite, she advised me of the technical issue which caused the problem and assured me that she would resolve this for me. Very happy with the service Sarah provided and had to wait for only about 20 seconds to get through on the phone.
