I put an order in on 7th March and they still haven’t shipped it but have taken money out of my bank account. Customer services are not responding to my emails and are not answering the phone. They have effectively stolen my money!
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered….i can’t get hold of anyone they never answer the phone never reply to emails….i am now stuck with £100 broken bag charm & being totally ignored…..I am in the UK so I am never going to get this sorted I actually think the company is just a scam…..awful service I am going through my bank now for them to sort out….so disappointed!!!! The item is so light & tacky no wonder It broke terrible packaging too…don’t order from them you are absolutely wasting your money!!! They need to be reported for selling fake cheap broken crap….dont care sending back to this company who ever they are actually trading as…dont want junk in my house….
The worst customer service I have ever experienced; not cooperative. Terrible quality and so expensive. Not worth it as products feel so cheap. Asked to return the original part of my order for exchange, as they only accept store credit. Exchange not worth it since, needed to pay additionally for the delivery and international taxes. The worst and harshest terms and conditions for customers. Please be aware and do not buy from this company, as it will be impossible to recover your money (I probably need to involve my bank now).
