I was connected to customer support and he was very helpful. The call was quick and I was able to cancel my flight that I had just booked for a reasonable cancellation. Leonard was great!

You responded poorly without solution to my concern that I am receiving my flight confirmation email in Turkish whilst I am an English speaker.
