Very unreliable

Very unreliable
I backed them at Kickstarters but never received a thing. Not even a mail explaining why the project went bust.
Money lost. Very unreliable!

Not Trustworthy

This company had a successful Kickstarter campaign back in 2014, raising over $37,000, for a product which was never produced or sent to anyone. The company refunded some people (including me) but did not provide any general communication on progress, cancellation, or how to get refunds. You can see on the Kickstarter (search Google for "kickstarter magic phone stand) that many people to this day are waiting for their money back.
