I first dealt with Martrim in 1994 and their products and service were always exceptional. However this order went missing and dealing withe person in charge of sales has been unaceptable. No calls back as promised on 4 occasions and 1 week late, as a result I have lost not only the job but, the customer as well. "Billy" clearly doesn`t give 2 hoots about either us the customers, or the company.
