We used Marvel to install our air source heat pump and their advice and installation were faultless. So it made sense to use them again for the battery and EV car charger as well. As before, their communication and professionalism were outstanding: we are very happy with all that Marvel has done.

Everyone I spoke to and met from Marvel was friendly, courteous and helpful. The workmanship was excellent, the installation process was swift and the team of installers was most proficient. Problems encountered on site were dealt with efficiently and helpfully. Now my Ecodan air source pump is working perfectly and I am very pleased and satisfied with how well it performs.

The whole experience was very excellent. Adam, the salesman did a brilliant job explaining how the process would work. He produced a comprehensive quote.
The work was carried out to specification and price.
After a year an engineer was booked to do the annual service - again very comprehensive. He also give me help setting up the WC mode on the Mitsubishi control pane.
I would fully recommend Marvel.

We had solar / batteries/ heat pump installed end of January 2024. Previously had gas central heating. Have found Marvel to be really knowledgeable and professional at all stages. We've found our system to be a significant upgrade on what we had before and we never run out of hot water unlike previously. House is nice and warm. Solar provided surprising amount of power even in February (in Bolton) on bright days. Immediately noticed bills lower and expect this to improve over the summer as we now move to an import/export tariff. Installation was a really good experience and the team were so friendly and professional. The few settling in issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Overall so pleased we've gone ahead and would not hesitate to recommend Marvel Heating. Thank you !

Good experience with the installation of solar panels the fitters and the electrician were well organised, competent, polite and friendly. The office is quick to return calls/emails especially if unable to get through at first. Highly recommend.

We had such a good experience with Marvel that we have referred 2 friends to them already. Since the heat pump installation in Jan this year, we have had prompt responses to our emails and have taken them up on a great 5-year service package. Marvellous!

We had our heat pump installed by Marvel just over a week ago now and we are very happy with how the process has gone. The consultation was informative with no pressure to give an order. The walkthrough prior to installation was carried out by experienced heat pump installers who explained the plan and issued a written schedule of works, which we found very helpful. The installation team were pleasant guys who worked quickly, left no mess and did a neat job. Heat pump now working away doing its job, very pleased with how things went.

Ours was quite a complex installation of an air heat source pump as our entire radiator system needed replacing including all the pipework. We had 21 new radiators installed and connected with copper pipework.
The installation was carried out by a very competent, friendly and tidy crew. There have been some 'settling in' problems but these have been resolved quickly.
We now have the system running optimally for our property.
Very pleased with the overall result.

We are please with our air source heating supplied and fitted by Marvel Heating, it has made our farm house much warmer.

Had my Marvel installed heat pump and solar batteries in for nearly a year now. All running as expected. Excellent service from a company that continues to impress me with their professionalism and commitment to not cutting corners. Heat pumps are a big investment. Marvel Heating take time to make sure your investment will deliver within the parameters of your property. In other words they will only install if they are confident the system will deliver.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump, Water Tank and New Radiators supplied and fitted by Marvel Heating in March 2024. From initial enquiry to the final installation of the system, I found the communication with the company professional, knowledgeable and advisory.
The property's design did not lend itself to an 'easy' installation (barn conversion) but with the expert knowledge and skills of the surveyor and engineers involved the routes for pipes and the relocation of a couple of radiators the initial problems were resolved.
Installation was rapid with all the components required delivered promptly ready for the install with no delays for missing items/parts.
The installation engineers were very professional and courteous always concerned that we were happy with the final position of items before proceeding and left the property in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.
Overall experience with Marvel Heating was excellent from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others

Strong recommend for Marvel. Really helpful in giving me info about heat pumps pre-decision. The men doing the install were excellent - friendly, expert, cleared up after. All the admin was fine. My house is now warmer, and cheaper to heat. Good decision to get a heat pump, an even better decision to choose Marvel.

All the staff were very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable . The job was completed to a very high standard and finished on time, the site was kept clean and tidy at times. I have had no issues with the installation or operation from day 1

Marvel Heating has a brilliant team setup. They are responsive and always on the ball when it comes to addressing queries. We have had our heat pump system in place for almost 6 months, apart from minor teething problems, which are always treated with priority, it is the best thing that we have done. I am so glad that we chose Marvel Heating; quality, top of the range products and a really helpful team.

We had our solar panels and heat pump installed in April 2023, and everything went very well. We were kept informed at every stage, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The heat pump and solar panels have performed perfectly for the past year. I had a lot of questions about the technology, and Marvel’s staff have been happy to answer them at every stage, even several months after installation.



The only reason I wouldn’t award the full five stars is that sometimes they can be a bit tricky to get hold of on the phone or by email. However once you do speak to them, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They come across as people who really are enthusiastic about the technology, and who want their customers to have a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.
