This site is scam, once you paid there’s no contact. Forget about your money.

CRIMINALS. Stole my money. This is not a real company DO NOT ORDER from them. Contact details do not exist and you won’t receive your order, will steal your money. I have reported to my bank, citizens advice and trading standards. Victims please report to Action Fraud let’s get these scumbags prosecuted.

I've been trying since before Christmas to get an answer. all they keep saying is its on its way.
They don't seem to want to let EVRI know with their code number. It was good luck with the bank I've been refunded
Thankyou Lesley since your advice, I too have been in touch with the bank. I have to wait 15days after payment to make dispute claim, which I will be doing. So hopefully some good luck then. It was good luck with the bank. They are now chasing it up.

Doesn't deserve one star but had to, to continue with my review! So this is definitely A SCAM!!! I ordered the Coco Chanel Mademoiselle 100ml and again like you I thought I was getting a good discount deal. I received the confirmation etc and the Evri tracking and as a week went by I checked and it was still with the scammer I mean seller!! It's Christmas day today and was supposed to be a gift and still no perfume after I ordered in the 7th Dec!! All I can say is I WOULD NOT FALL FOR THIS DISGUSTING SCAM!!! I'm in contact with my bank to get a refund but not sure I will because I don't have the confirmation email! Been done right over! PLEASE DON'T BE THE NEXT PERSON 🤬😡

I believe this company is a scam, ordered perfume but not delivered and they are uncontactable via any forum. Avoid at all costs.

Search the address on the website with Google Earth, it is a council house in Northampton with the road spelt wrong…..

SCAM! As is often said if it looks too good to be true it probably is. I paid £70 for 100ml Coco Chanel Mademoiselle and haven't yet received it despite Marvellous Perfumes saying that it is on its way. EVRI tracking site says they are waiting for it. Don't get fooled like I was. AVOID AVOID AVOID this Scam company.

I urge you to report this foolu to Trading Standards. Also report the counterfeit perfume to the original creator, such as Creed! They should investigate it. Also report it to your bank and they will dispute the charge. Monzo refunded me the same hour. Message if you need help.

As with most people, I wanted to treat my partner to a nice perfume this Christmas, and ‘bought’ a bottle through marvellousperfumes. I placed the order early December and received a confirmation email with links to Evri delivery, contact details, reference number etc. Everything looks as you’d expect.
Over 2 weeks went by without delivery, so started chasing up. Email failed to send, so their advertised email address is fake. Tried calling, it rings, so is a live number, but no answer each time. On further research, the only positive review would’ve almost certainly been from an alias profile posing as a verified happy customer, and all other reviews are from real customers who have been scammed.

Could not leave a zero star .... disgusting company , taking people's hard earned cash ... they even say your order is non existent.. well I took photos and not only will I be contacting bank I am contacting Police ... people like this should be shut down and charged with FRAUD

Absolute SCAM.. item paid for and ordered, emails bounce back.. the old saying if it’s too good to be true !!!

Anyways contacted the bank and they have given us an immediate refund into our account.

When you can get to speak to anyone it’s just lies and waffle.

Like everyone else was duped in purchasing purfum that never arrived.fake email address fake phone number and fake address and the person behind it all is from abroad but is using Ashfield in Kent as a base .have passed it on to my credit card company to to get a refund

This company is a scam. Took £65 out of my account still have not received goods and emails just bounce back. DO NOT USE.

BEWARE. Unfortunately I find myself a victim of this 'legitimate" scam company. Had I read the reviews I would NEVER have ordered from them. I ordered Si eau de parfum and received Si fiori. No problem, I thought. I will contact the company for a returns label as stated on their website. I have left numerous emails, which unlike others experiences on here DO actually reach this company. I have telephoned, not on the website number, but on a number provided by Klarna, and have left a polite message on the answerphone all to no avail. I have made a problem report to Klarna who have now paused subsequent payments. PLEASE don't part with your hard earned cash. This is NOT A GENUINE company. I imagine whoever is running this scam has parents, maybe friends and possibly children who must be very proud of them.

I have paid for perfume and not received it. I paid by debit card and the money has been taken out of my account. I am in touch with my bank.

Do not be fooled like me and order from this SCAM website! Ordered around Black Friday time so believed the discounts were legit. Item never arrived, chased up with company, phone line rings out, emails bounce back and chat on web is the same bot each time that says order processing! Raised dispute with bank, this site needs to be taken down - so bad fooling vulnerable people around Christmas, disgusting!!!

I'd rate a zero if I could. Bunch of scammers, using a false address, email and mobile, all of which dont respond when you try to contact them. My order never came. DONT USE THEM . You will lose your money. I've reported them to action fraud. Hope they get caught and put away. Shysters!

Do not use this site. Placed an order and paid £70. Money taken but no confirmation of order or contact from company. Tried many times in different ways to contact them with no response. Have reported them as fraud.
