I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Marvotti. I ordered a jacket about five days before I was due to leave for Prague, and I paid for express delivery to ensure it would arrive on time before my trip.

Unfortunately, by the fourth day, I hadn’t even received confirmation that my order had been dispatched. I emailed their customer service and only got an automated message about high email volumes due to the holiday season. There was never any real reply, and I had to go on my holiday without the item I paid extra to get on time.

After returning from my trip, I tried once more to resolve the issue, but they never responded at all after Christmas. Because of their complete lack of response, the order ended up going beyond the return policy period, and now I’m stuck with an item I no longer need.

The lack of communication and failure to meet delivery promises were completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Marvotti if you actually need your item to arrive on time.

Paid for two orders with this so company, I had to return a few items as they didn’t fit. So I used the returns address as stated on the website

Sent it back to a “po box” and guess what the order never got delivered. And is now currently sat at the main warehouse for Royal Mail.

They won’t respond to my emails or my social media messages.

Spent over £200+ on these orders to now be done over 🙃

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered 2 jackets, only one turned up, still charged me for both. Have sent 10+ emails and numerous social media messages with no reply. It’s now been close to 4 weeks. Going to my bank tomorrow to start a charge back and report them for fraud. Should have read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

A disgrace of a company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPE. I retuned some rubbish quality trousers to a PO BOX number that didn’t exist.

This is a SCAM. You will never get a refund, You’ll never get a response from their customer service. Unbelievable to see they are still trading. The owners need to be arrested for fraud. Shame on you, you disgusting people.

Awful customer service, ordered a jacket THREE WEEKS AGO no dispatch confirmation, no update. £95 taken and no decency to even acknowledge any contact. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

I tried to return an mis-sized jumper - to the designated returns address - only for it to be returned back to me marked “Gone away”. Complete silence from the company as to why/how to resolve, despite reaching out to them.

Quick and easy ordering and deliveries. Been buying for 2 years now and always like the little touches, bring on the winter

Company has gone into liquidation, there is no information available on the website to indicate they are closing down so it is impossible to return or exchange any items. The email address now bounces back and no response on social media. AVOID!

I have ordered shorts 2 weeks ago with no confirmation that these have been posted. I have tried to reach out via the email on their site which doesn’t seem to work as it won’t deliver. Also reached out via social media with no response. Doesn’t seem like I will receive the item or my money back

I concur with another review. Avoid this company as the fits are not described and when you try to return the parcel, the address given is no longer active so my £50 item is lost in transit somewhere and will probably not receive any remuneration. No contact email provided on their socials so extremely hard to try and talk with someone.

Quality not bad, but laughable how they portray themselves as a luxury brand when the aftercare is anything but. No clear way on how to return items and they haven’t responded to any emails or messages. Avoid

Ordered a shirt which never arrived , I paid And received a confirmation email however never a delivery email , I paid extra for 2-3 day delivery as I needed the shirt for a function and 3 weeks on I haven’t received the shirt and my numerous attempts at making contact with the company have been unsuccessful- very poor experience , I have never known this happen - shocking

SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COST. Bought a pair of joggers which I wasn’t happy with the fit or quality so I actioned a return. I returned via tracked Royal Mail to the address that they provided to which Royal Mail were unable to deliver due to “recipient no longer at this address” I have had no response from marvotti on countless emails and instagram messages. My Parcel is now lost and I am out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting customer service and after reading some of the reviews on here it looks like I’m not the first person these scam artists have done this to. Trading standards have been contacted.

Not only was the delivery fast and prompt. But the quality of the jumper is unlike any I’ve owned before! I want to buy it in every colour known to man and earth. Stunning!

AVOID THIS COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! I ordered cargo pants from Marvotti back on 20th November and they arrived no problem. I kept the Brown Colour as I was happy with it. I processed a return and posted it through Royal Mail on 11th December and paid for postage as Marvotti do not provide Pre Paid Labels but I was ok with that. A few days had passed and I noticed I did not get any notifications to say they had received the returned items so I emailed them after 4/5 emails NO RESPONSE. I messaged them on Instagram NO RESPONSE. I then contacted Royal Mail and they could not provide any tracking information. Weeks and weeks passed we are in MARCH now. Out of the Blue the parcels were returned to my home address which I thought was odd not sure how Royal Mail knew my address. I have now posted the parcels back to Marvotti AGAIN and I tracked the Parcels and it states “we were unable to delivery parcel as recipient not at address”. This is the address this USELESS company provided. I emailed them again telling them only to receive a response stating they cannot help with the refund as it’s been 128 days!!! Are they joking!!? I have been trying to resolve this since December and they have all the email evidence. I replied back to them but no response OF COURSE!! They are disgusting I have never experienced this in my life I have spent nearly £30 on postage. They can respond to Klarna but not the customer they appear to be Money Hungry Scam Artists and I would advise everyone to avoid buying there clothes. I will set the Brown Cargo Pants I bought on Fire cause I refuse to wear clothes from a company who treat there customers so badly. DO BETTER!!!

Ordered a single item to test them out. Never arrived, weeks later I chased and weeks later still no reply. Either a scam or negligent, either way not great.

Highly recommend shopping with Marvotti, from placing the order to delivery is seamless. Quality of the garments is second to non! If your thinking of ordering… Do it.

Great quality

The whole experience was nice and felt personal. Inside the packages was a note with my name on it which is a nice touch and the garment itself fits exactly how I want it too. Would buy again.
