Very nice and helpful.

I received my order today and am absolutely disgusted with the quality on the product. I ordered 3 which was my mistake. I should have just ordered 1 to try them out. They are nothing like what is advertised. They are cheap and nasty, the material is so flimsy, they just look so cheap. They are only lined in the front to under the bust so the white one is so see through, the material is so thin. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy them. I contacted them straight away and they offered me a 50% refund & I could keep them. Why would I want to keep them, they’re rubbish. I said I would return them for a full refund, they told me they don’t do refunds 😡😡😡😡

Unless you are several sizes smaller than you actually are and don't mind a poor, unfinished product, don't use this company.
Once you discover that you have made a mistake, you are then faced with the painful process of getting 20% back of your original purchase price.
This is a perfect example of their marketing photos failing to come close to reality.

Excellent customer service by email

My items that I ordered didn't fit, the items were replaced and was aloud to keep the original items.
Correspondence was excellent and very quick....very happy

Prompt and easy to deal with when I needed an exchange of size.

Garment way too small, compared to size chart. Poorly made, and cheap material. Had to send numerous emails before I got a full refund. Glad I only ordered and paid for one garment.

I could not be more disappointed with this service !! After months of emails . Having been told they tried to deliver ?? Never received my order . They would be investigating the order . Still no order months later . Now they are giving me a refund which is not what I asked for , I asked for my order to be resent .
Such poor service .

Not made in Australia I think they are made it China hence the small sizing

I ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to enquire what could be done. Alex replied almost immediately and resolved my issue on the spot. They were extremely helpful, offering a free replacement in the correct size.

Works fine for lounging and daily routines, though support might not be enough for all-day wear.

My order arrived and Alex has arranged another size to be sent to me.
Service was very prompt email was answered straight away.
Hopefully Ive ordered the correct size cant wait to try the tank

The marketing hype does not match the wearing experience. Pretty much a waste of money when you eventually receive it! It rides up and over your breasts.

Customer service and understanding were excellent. I removed a star as the fact that the order would incur foreign transaction fees is not clear at all

Good communication about faulty product. My issue was solved promptly.

I was shocked to receive my email response acknowledging my mistake for over ordering and allowing me to start over again.
I am so glad to purchase from an Australian Co. We will all need to consider the Aust market above other countries.
