“Tony was incredibly accommodating and even went out of his way to buy the bayonet I needed to connect my gas cooker. I didn’t have much money, especially with it being Christmas, but he still made sure everything was sorted. Great guy and fantastic service!”

I arranged for them to visit at 9am today. No-one came and no-one contacted me to tell me what was going on. I phoned them and got voicemail, so left a message asking what was happening. They eventually responded two and half hours later to say they weren't feeling well, something they obviously knew at 9am but couldn't be bothered to tell me. So I had a wasted morning waiting for them. Plenty of other - better - plumbers out there. I will avoid these guys in the future.

Great fast and speedy service. We called for an urgent blocked toilet and had a visit within 10 minutes. Job was fixed and no drama. Perfect. Will definitely use again.

Tony responded on the day to investigate no hot water supply. He analyzed the situation quickly and professionally straight away gave a breakdown of what needed doing, how long it would take and the cost. Highly recommend this company.

We are currently working on a property in Putney London, where we had an issue with the clients boiler I called Tony at Marylebone Plumbing Heating & Gas who was very helpful.

Super nice, polite and efficient. Analysed our v.complex mess of v.old pipes in E17 to fit a new stopcock in no time, not expensive at all..!
Experienced, insured, ...professional. I usually do not leave reviews but MrTony is really nice man and service is excellent and there are so many dodgy plumbers it's important we all use the good ones. Works outside Zone1-3 / not central London only.
We'll now have him changing gas & water pipes for new kitchen, install taps 4 outside, isolate old water tanks in attic...

Gary was really helpful. He offered me lots of options for appointment times, was flexible and responsive. He did a fantastic job and was very efficient.
