No response for more than a month

I placed an order on 2 February 2026, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The payment was taken from my credit card immediately, yet no products have been delivered to this day. Since placing the order, I have tried to contact customer support multiple times — via online chat and four times by email — and I have received no response whatsoever.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my previous order with this shop went smoothly. This time, however, the situation is the complete opposite: I have no products, no communication, and my money has already been taken.

At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and very concerned about whether I will receive either my order or a refund. I cannot recommend this shop based on this experience.

Update: I contacted Revolut and submitted a dispute about this payment. They credited the full amount back to me within a few hours and reclaimed the funds from Masar.

30 days. No product. No tracking. No responses.

I placed an order for a repair kit on January 28. It is now February 26.

I have received:

-no shipping confirmation
-no tracking number
-no delivery
-no reply to multiple emails
-no response via their on-site chat

My card was charged immediately. After that, complete silence.

At this point, I can't even confirm whether:

-the item was ever in stock
-the order was ever processed
-the business is operational
-or if this site is simply just collecting payments and disappearing

Delays happen. International shipping takes time. None of that is the issue, though. Ignoring customers for 30 days after taking payment is the issue.

Legitimate businesses communicate and respond to customer inquiries - They certainly at the very least, do not go dark for a month. The total lack of communication is a massive red flag.

Until proven otherwise, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from masar-shop.com to proceed carefully or NOT AT ALL.

Buyers beware that you will more than likely be left without updates or support for extended periods of time.

(I've literally never left a review anywhere before - but this shop operates so laughably poorly, that I felt the need to write this up)

No returns

Needed to return a product that didn't fit—there are zero instructions on how to do it, and the company doesn't reply to emails (however does send an email to provide feedback). I believe I will eventually get a response—in 2 weeks when the return window closes.

SCUM COMPANY

Placed an order in October that has never been fulfilled.

I asked for refund but have had no reply to my email

Now when I email I get a bounced email message advising me that my email is being treated as SPAM!

There is no alternative way of contacting this company

I would urge anybody NOT to buy from this French scummy company as they will simply steal your money and you will never see your money or the watch parts that you have ordered

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I ordered a 19mm Milanese Mesh Watch Strap for my watch.
An excellent product, exactly what I hoped for.
The delivery / receiving the order confirmation took a bit longer than promised: order placed on 21 Nov, shipment started on 27 Nov, and on 8 Dec the product was on my wrist. So for the future would be nice to keep the customer on a same page.

But all in all, an excellent product — I can truly recommend it and Masar!
