My package arrive yesterday and it's awesome, the quality is over the top. the package is neat and good. and fyi it's arrive before estimate date. thank you, your service satisfied me.

This is a scam. Do not purchase

NOT a US Company. Do NOT buy. Told 7-10 business days shipping, a month later, still NOTHING. Never returns calls to a fake number. Filing a complaint w credit card company and PayPal for refund. Scandalous.

The mascot we received was EXACTLY as ordered, even the changes we requested. We placed the mascot over a mannequin and sit it in the front of our toy store. Some children love it and laugh, the smaller cry, but we think it is awesome. The fact that it is clearly handmade makes it special. It did take a bit if time to receive which was OK but wish the customer service would have been a little more responsive and up front about any delay. If you order early enough, you will more than likely be pleasantly surprised with your order as we were. We will be ordering another mascot soon.

Sent the wrong item, then never responded to emails or voicemails. Now stuck with a mascot that isn't ours and out nearly $1,000. Do not - under any circumstances - use this company.

Not a US company as described. Don’t order expedited shipping and pay extra to receive your items on time. I paid extra for quick shipping and didn’t receive my items for over 2 months. The company is out of China and is falsely advertising its a US company.

It honestly is a scam and I wish I would have google searches! They promise quick shipping and provide a tracking but when you question the tracking they reply with a bogus response and stop communicating via chat. Because they are in China they have no business sense and could careless. They don’t care and they know nothing you can do! The best part is they charge extra for priority shipping which means nothing but puts more money into their pocket!

This company is a scam located in China. They take your money and then do not ship the item. When you question them, they give you fake tracking numbers which when plugged in are untraceable. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they just ignore my requests. STAY AWAY!

Best Costume or Mascot Character I could of bought. My youngest son plays football and there are bulldogs so it fits perfect. The team has this mascot but the face looks evil & more like a rat. This character is sweet but tough and very approachable which is what you want for kids to feel comfortable while the they Cheer and show spirit. The material is soft and easy to take care off. It is showing some wear and tear were the bottom of pants hits floor. But I've had it for a little over two years. My son has even wore it as a Halloween costume twice. Well worth the money :) & well made.

Horrible dishonest company. They shipped me something that looks like a child put together. Does not even look like the picture on the website. Scam. They say it can be returned if you pay the shipping, but the shipping costs were almost as much as the item itself. So much money down the drain. Please read and stay away from them. PayPal will not help you.

Our hornet mascot came out outstanding! I can't express my gratitude to them in words. I had a wonderful experience with this company, to say the least. I will definitely come for more & more

I was very pleased with the quality of the costume. It will last for years and be put to good use.
