The items are nice and the customer service is good, but many of the items on their website are not accurate on the stock. On both purchases I've made recently I've had things not arrive because they're "out of stock" but are still listed as in stock on the website, even after they've canceled the orders. They do always refund the missing items but it's a little off-putting to know that you're taking a gamble when ordering.

I bought this for my younger sister for her birthday since she’s a really big fan of Naruto and she loves snacks. She really enjoyed the snacks this is my second time purchasing from here and I remain satisfied. The shipping was very quick and made it just in time I will most definitely purchase from here again.

I’ve ordered 6 times and every single time has been amazing, if you catch them in a live and your order hasn’t been packed they will pack it live for you and it’s so fun to watch. Everyone on the Mashi team is nice and will always listen if you have a problem with your order.
