I recently encountered a significant issue with my Mashreq Bank account due to the hold placed on it after receiving my end-of-service benefits. Despite reaching out multiple times and being assured that I would receive the necessary document format from Mr. Mohammad Mustafa, I never got it. Over the past week, I’ve called the bank several times, and each time, I was told that someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever did. It felt like I was just being given a scripted response each time, with no real resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Mashreq Bank's service. Because of this, I have decided to transfer all my accounts elsewhere and will not be recommending Mashreq Bank to anyone in my family or professional circle.

Worst bank I delt with in UAE. No proper support or guidance provided. If you ask 10 employees they will give you 10 different statements about process. Customer service says you will get calls to sort the issue but it never happens. 1 star because there is no option for '0'.

I contacted customer care and spoke with Ms. Sindu regarding an issue with our company account. Unfortunately, she did not provide proper support or attempt to resolve the problem. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and said that if the service continued like this, it would be better to close the account, her response was simply, “You can close it.”
Instead of helping to solve the issue, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This is not the level of service expected from customer care.

Very bad experience, especially in Dubai mall branch of mashreq bank, I went there on DECEMBER 11TH 2025,I talk to the agent about my account happen because I withdraw a money last DECEMBER 10TH 2025 in mashreq atm machine then the machine didn't dispense the cash amount then the agent said call center and I dit it but nothing happen,supposed to be the agent will make a way to check and help also the customer. Thank you

❌ Worst Bank Experience – Don’t Ever Open an Account with Mashreq!
I strongly advise everyone NOT to open an account with Mashreq Bank. They deduct money from your account without your knowledge or approval, and when you try to question it, there is no proper support or explanation.
This feels like fraud and is completely unacceptable. A bank should be transparent and trustworthy, but Mashreq has been the opposite in my experience.
Save yourself the stress and choose another bank.

I obtained a car loan and require a clearance certificate. Despite visiting three branches, each advised me to log in to the website and request a call back. The process seems unnecessarily complicated. Please do not tell me to login to Mashreq.Com. I did that and when i click submit it says something went wrong. Can someone please help me?

The reply on trustpilt was contacting facebook or Instagram dont they have official portal? They have no atm in RAK we as customers had one in al hamra mall they took it away and didn't replace it. Now we have no idea where to go to deposit our money into the mashreq account. They didn't inform us and when you go on the mashreq app there is no option to complain or get information about a atm. And no option to speak to an agent.
No we have to connect via Facebook or Instagram?!!!

I would like to clarify that this account was never funded, used, or activated. Despite this, I noticed an entry showing uncollected charges of AED 21, which I believe should not apply since I have never utilized any of your banking services.
No deposits or withdrawals were made, and I have not used any of your banking services since the account was created.
This situation is very disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of your services.
