Beware recently - monthly subscription

My boyfriend bought me a mask subscription for Christmas in 2021 and everything was fine until the last 3 months of this year when the status of the orders for June - August were unfulfilled. Had some communication from them were they cancelled the subscription, but received no refund and now having to query with the bank instead. Ashame as initially it was a great service so something must have gone on.

Avoid!

Last used MaskTime in 2020/2021 and only had good experiences. Started a new subscription without checking reviews as didn't expect I'd need to. Order unfulfilled for over a week. No way to cancel online. Email addresses on customer services bounce back. Have had to dispute the payment and cancel my card so I can't be charged again. I'm concerned the company is no longer trading but the website is still there to take money.

They used to be really good, now have terrible service

They used to be really good. I resubscribed in May to their subscription service. I received my masks that month but in June and July I was charged and nothing received. I reached out to their customer service via whatsapp. The replies were inconsistent, they offered to refund me for my June box but no refund was received and they just stopped replying shortly after. Absolutely dreadful.
I cancelled the subscription before they took any more money and raided a review for the two payments with my bank.

I think they’re having issues but not communicating it to anyone. They shouldn’t be continuing to take peoples money and orders.

Non-existent service - possible scam

I placed an order nearly three weeks ago, have contacted the customer service via their dedicated email detailed on the website, also tried to use the chat function on the website and have not received any replies.

My order was for for their subscription service and now I am concerned I will keep getting billed for a service that doesn't exist.

When I try to login to the account that I created on Masktime to place the order I now receive an error message that no account with my email exists. Stay away from this website!

Used to be good, now dissapointing

I had been using mask time for a while, and before around 6 months ago i would have given this a 5-star review. But since then, they have been entirely inconsistent. I'm still waiting for my last two subscription bags while they continue to charge me. When i reach out to staff they respond but drop off as quickly as they came online as soon as i request action. would not recommend to anyone anymore, sad to say

Really poor all round

Ordered a few face masks for my wife's birthday. After not hearing anything for 10 days after an initial email to say they'd received my order, I emailed to find out what was going on. Three days on and no reply to that so far. Great work.

Serious lack of customer service

I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription but have been unsuccessful in doing so - the password reset function on their website does not work for me, I've contacted them through social media, I've written to every email address they have on their website several times (care, marketing sales) and NO-ONE has ever responded.

Almost £100 in unwanted products later and I'm still no closer to being able to cancel.

It's a shame I am having to write this negative review because I do actually like their products.
