I was having no issues with this app…
I was having no issues with this app until suddenly I couldn’t login in I try and it says “ user status not allowed for this operation” I tried to call you can’t get through to anyone I messaged them they informed me the app was going under maintenance and all card services are offline it has nearly been 24 hours since and I’m still unable to login or get truthful communication you can’t just “ go under maintenance” without informing your customers in advance so they can make arrangements I’m disgusted with this behaviour and it’s a shame because I’ve spoken very highly of this app to friends and family.
