I’m disappointed with the service from Mason Pearce.
Communication was unclear why order is not dispatched and the delays caused significant inconvenience. I expected more reliability and clearer updates regarding the status of my order after 4 days within London ?!? . Such a premium product and such an unacceptable service.

İt will damage your hair. Save your money and buy a cheaper brush. İ don't care whether it's handmade or not. İ have a brush of 10 euros, much better than this.

The customer service is second to none with excellent communication. The commitment to maintaining the standard of their iconic brushes is a tribute to the British Marketplace. Since a toddler I have been fortunate enough to have always had Mason Pearson hairbrushes and the 'repair' to one recently meant that with increasing age I was able to hopefully contribute in a small away to sustaining the Planet's resources.
