Outsource estimating services. No knowledge of local codes

I called to inquire about their services as my company needed these services (321-340-5253... hopefully, they will not change numbers after this review. I kept proof of it). It sounded great, except that, in reality, their engineers and estimators are based in Pakistan, and they have little to no knowledge of the local construction codes, with no estimating support available if something goes wrong. Additionally, I found it odd that they have many different websites offering the same services under various names...I agree with outsourcing, yet there is a place for it. Construction codes and laws are not the place for it. One last thing: They mention on their page that they have a 5-star rating on Trustpilot, along with numerous reviews. In fact, they are unknown on this website. You be the judge of it at your own risk.
