Terrible company, don't buy from these guys. I made a purchase in June and haven't received it or the £70 pounds refund. Stay away. The Customer Service will do nothing to help.

Yet haven't (am I waiting for that to happen?) disappointed with the smooth delivery. Recently I was stunned Mass N. shape shift and its some sort of a status update, all seemed blur and unappealing. But I sense winds are again changing and the brand has reborn :) The same goes to Mass N. own trade quality products which can be obtained quite a low budget every now & then, but sometimes the prices take surreal huge jumps.

Everything usually goes well. Combining several pending orders to be delivered in one delivery would be nice feature. Sometimes I forget something from an order or some discount item is e-mail marketed to me a day after I have ordered something else but that has not yet been shipped. Then I have to pay delivery for two orders (usually happens only on weekends)
