While I really don’t like writing a bad review, I was very upset with the issues previously noted. However, as soon as it got to the right people at Massage Chair Heaven, there follow-up was nothing short of excellent! Sophie in customer service was great and even the owner himself emailed me. Once they were aware of the issues, they stepped up and have things in motion to give us a new chair. I am happy to say we are quite satisfied and highly impressed how they turned a bad experience into a good one. They stuck to their word and showed why they are successful. I am happy to say after this experience I would have no hesitation buying from them again. Thank you Sophie and Yunior! You clearly showed how important customer service is to you!

Placing my order was easy. The chair arrived quickly and was well packaged. I ordered white glove delivery because I needed the chair up one flight of stairs. The two young men did a fantastic job navigating a U-shaped stairway. I had a question about chair operation and called Massage Chair Heaven. They were very pleasant and helpful.

After researching chairs and not sure who to trust, I communicated with Sophie at Message Chair Heaven and she was super helpful helping me find an affordable chair that we could use with our special needs son. The chair arrived and I as the caregiver tried out all the options and I’m fairly certain I never want to get out of the chair. I know it will benefit our son and also his mama! Fujiryoki message chair is my new BFF!

I like the response that they have for each time of my request.
They waived the white glove fee which i appreciated.

They have a close relationship with Osaki and put me in touch after the purchase to make sure I understood how to get the most out of the chair.

This chair is amazing! So many different auto massage settings. We’re still learning its many features! And it is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture.

My D.Core 2 massage chair finally arrived this afternoon. I spent one month trying all different chairs from various stores and decided to buy this one. This is an amazing chair and it worths every penny. I am especially happy with Yunior and his team mate Sophie. They provided the best customer services I have ever get. Yunior is always very patience with tons of my wildest questions. He never show any push for sales and let me take as much time as needed to make my best decision but make sure he is always there if I need anything. That is what I like most about Yunior. I find him a very dedicated and reliable person.

It was a great a purchase and I have enjoyed every minute and the staff made the transaction manageable for me, especially I really like the call confirming my address among other things prior to shipping.

The entire buying experience was fantastic. All of our questions were answered fully. We loved the no pressure sales which made us return to Massage Chair Heaven vs any other company. We initially started looking for one chair but Sophie was great is helping us match our needs and we ended up with a better choice for the same price. The only issue we had was the strength of the massage as it is intense. An extra pad was sent to us to help with that until we adjusted to the chair.
