Buyers be AWARE. Phone number given is not a valid number, you cannot speak to customer service. Address on website is a lockup and my recorded delivery trying to return item was refused and sent back.Address they then gave me is a bungalow. Bank told me “ charge back “ only applicable if they sent me completely different item to what I ordered. Exercising my consumer right to change my mind about an online purchase is a civil matter. Item sent may be Chinese rubbish but it looks like a massage gun.Also be aware of payment method - I could not use credit card or PayPal which I normally use to safeguard online purchases.

As others have said this is a scam avoid. The product had not been sent in the agreed timescales so I cancelled it although it was impossible to get in touch with them. After this they tried to send me the product which I knew would be cheap rubbish so I refused delivery and obtained a refund via my creditcard company. I’d never lose money to scammers like this.

Like many on here, this so called company sent out a completely different and inferior massage gun to the one I ordered. They then ignored all my attempts to contact them via email and through their Web chat. The Telephone number listed on their site is disconnected. So, I requested a chargeback with my bank, and they issued a refund straight away after I sent evidence of my multiple attempts to contact them. Then, guess what! This pathetic company emailed me, not to offer an apology for the appalling service they had provided, but asking me to return the Massage Gun at my expense! Absolute jokers! Told them they can have their massage gun back, but they can pay for postage. Absolutely disgusting practice. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING SITE!!!

Hi all, If you paid with a credit card, call your provider asap and ask for a "chargeback request". They should refund you asap and send a charge to the company that sent you your dodgy product. Many thanks all

Avoid avoid avoid. Scam. They take your money and don’t deliver products. When you threaten with legal action they send a cheap fake product

They never even sent me what I ordered. Absolute scam. The phone number doesn’t ring out and they won’t reply to emails.

All they do is create a label with Amazon delivery so you think that they are sending you your item.

They need shutting down asap.

It sent me a cheap Chinese massage gun, which is not the one shows on their website page! The phone number is invalid! Their address on the website in London also seems fake. Everything is scam!
Please DON’T BUY from them, I genuinely don’t want other people got scammed too!

An absolute joke you have to give these thieves even one star. A total scam outfit. I have being trying to get an answer on the faulty massage gun they sent and have had no reply from them at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY / ROBBERS !!!

Awful company, tried to cancel my order same day but then said they posted it on a Sunday. To date still not arrived and have ceased replying to my emails requesting refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Terrible customer service!

I received a faulty massage gun and simply wanted it replaced. Despite several emails asking for help with the matter I have never received a response back from the company. The phone number on the site is out of order as well.

I am now left with no option but to try and get a refund through my bank.

Scam company, 1 man band running out of a lock up type unit, he is the chat team he has no employees and he’s a bully, he will threaten you if you try and organise a return of his faulty goods, buying from this conman is like playing Russian roulette with 5 of the 6 chambers loaded, he intimidates over the internet with threats and abuse, the 174 reviews he has and 5 star rating, he gave them himself, anybody needing a refund that bought via Klarna, contact them, they take their time but they WILL refund you, they’re looking at revoking their association with him after being supplied with some of his responses to innocent customers

Awful company please avoid at all costs. This is what you get for trying to go cheaper DONT! Customer service non existent rude and threaten legal actions against any dispute you have with them. Did not even receive my order got re funded by my bank.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE…… ordered my product weeks ago with no confirmation email received and a week passing I tried to get in contact with them and still to this day haven’t been able to, terrible company, terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone would highly advise customers to venture elsewhere, nothing but scammer now at the stage where I’m going to involve my bank in this matter.

Chose to order from this company after being attracted by there huge discounts on massage guns. Don't be fooled by this, the actual product that arrives isn't worth what you pay let alone the price its been reduced down from. Like many other people on here I tried to return the item & heard absolutely nothing for almost 3 months. I then got Klarna involved who thankfully refunded me, I then began getting emails (Funny they could reply when I owed them money but not vice versa) Threatening me with legal action if I didn't get back to them within a time frame. I asked them to provide the numerous emails they had "supposedly" sent to me & they couldn't. Said to check my junk folder... to cut a very long story short there weren't any emails. The customer service of this "Brand" are non existent and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. Pay the extra and use a reputable company who have the right procedures in place to deal with returns & know how to talk to their customers. Threatening behaviour is never a good look, I hope as a company you can sort yourselves out but I truly believe you will just keep up the shoddy service until you sadly go out of business.

Cheap Chinese product was delivered for a Christmas present, website says 26 day return policy BUT absolutely no response from numerous chat, email and phone calls. Involved my bank to dispute the charge and finally got a response threatening me with "legal action"! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, wish I'd seen the other reviews before ordering.

Do not buy from this site i got sent a faulty massage gun battery does not charge, its impossible to contact them i have tried many times phone just cuts off, chat dosent work and the never reply to e mail

I have ordered on a Monday, thinking i will get the Gun next day. I didn't receive it until the next week!! My mum has ordered before and it also came late, but i thought maybe its because she ordered on the weekend. clearly f ing not. rubbish service cant get hold of anyone. so my gun has arrived finally, but i ordered the carbon fibre gun but received a black one. If there was an option for less than 1 star, i will choose that. absolute joke, WILL NOT RECOMMEND
