We'd seen the Tesla S85 advertised online late at night on a bank holiday weekend. We emailed Master Cars straight away, and received an immediate email response that night! We were really impressed, and so decided to drive the 130m to Hitchin to see the car which was exactly as advertised. Lewis was incredibly patient giving us all the help we needed to understand the systems on this amazing car! He helped us get the car registered, taxed and insured, and we drove it back to our home the same day! Master Cars could not have been more professional - we highly recommend them. see the bmw 330 xdrive on auto trader, ad was very detailed and pics was spot on, Meet Lewis on the Friday not the pushy sales guy at all very helpful and left you alone to look over the car, Keep me updated on the phone at all times and drove the car away a few days later top spec car in excellent condition, will defiantly be going back there again.

Recently purchased an Audi S4 from Mastercars. I came across the add on autotrader and it was so well written with a nice detailed video on the add and plenty of pictures in and out of the car I simply had to make an enquiry. When I met Lewis for the test drive, I never once felt I was being pushed for a sale. Lewis let me investigate the features of the car myself before the test drive (which i actually preferred as it allowed me to discover the inside myself) and when we went for a test drive he further helped me to understand and operate the various in-car features. On collection, Lewis was also very helpful in sorting out the tax, filling out the application to dvla to remove my private plate so i can get it ready to put on the Audi and making the whole process such an easy painless experience. Gotta give a shout out to his colleague who did a stellar job polishing the car making it look mint as I was arriving, he too was very friendly and down to earth ! I would highly recommend Mastercars for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle !
