Don’t choose bank transfers
I wouldn’t suggest paying with bank transfers because it, for me at least, took 3 days after I sent a message to reply. They manually check bank transfers which is the reason it takes some time. Also after the payment has been received it takes an additional 3-4 days before they arrive. The total days before everything arrived was around 7-9 days…

Not a very good experience
The last orders After many orders and different products I have received from Mastercubestore, I had an issue with some of the cubes I bought in my latest order. So I wanted to call to ask what was the reason for the bad quality.
The cubes, the boxes and some bags smelled very bad, they had a bunch of scratches and were dirty. So I was wondering if they were a return product or if they were sitting in the warehouse for a long time.
I called on the 16th of December and talked to one of the employees. He was really nice and said I could return the cubes that I am not happy with and have them replaced. He also said he would do a quality check himself personally and make sure I receive a well put package with replaced new cubes and extra things.
I was excited because that was more than what I expected!.
We send a couple of emails afterwards and I send the package on the same day.
The call, the emails and the drop-off were all on the 16th of December.
The package was delivered on the 18th of December. I send an email on the 22nd asking if they have received the package. Postnord is notoriously bad and it´s busy in December so I was just checking to ask if it was delivered properly. I got no response.
I sent 2 more emails on the 27th of December and 1 on the 2nd of January asking if there are any updates about the delivery of the package or any updates in general. (One of them was send to the email provided on the website). I also got no response to those emails.
After 3 weeks I got a notification from Mastercubestore on the 3rd of January, saying a package is on its way. I received the cubes today, 4th of January.
After all these weeks I was excited receiving the package but I very quickly got disappointed.
The cubes are dirty, have scratches and feel overall bad when you hold them. They look as messed up as the ones I returned. The only difference is that they don´t smell as terrible as the previous ones.
But they are still quite dirty and in an overall bad shape.
They are scratched, have dirty spots on them and in between some layers and when I held them, dirt and dust fell off. There were pieces of dirt and brown spots in the boxes. Some boxes even had smudges of dirt on the plastic part of the box. Some dirty spots or actual dirt pieces were even visible just by opening the box.
They also don´t seem to be the best quality cubes when they were send. They have the same brown spots on their boxes with the ones I returned. Also the smell, which was very strong on the cubes and bags I returned, is slightly present in the ones I received today (it smells like when you pack something away for a long, long time).
So it feels like those cubes were extras, forgotten in the back of the warehouse or actual returns from other customers.
Compared to all the other cubes I have previously ordered from Mastercubestore, the quality is extremely bad.
Weirdly enough, 1 of the new cubes were of a better quality. The box´s plastic part was smudged with dirt but the cube was by far better than the one I returned and it was a better quality than all the other cubes it came with today.
One of the other cubes I received, has unfinished plastic edges. (The one I returned was great but it smelled pretty bad). Another one was in an extremely terrible shape. It was as bad as the one I returned. Super dirty, very, very chipped and scratched all over.
These cubes don´t feel new or fresh out of the box in any possible way. They just feel ''old'' and dirty when you hold them.
Even the extra pyramid cube I received as a gift, is dirty and has scratches on it.
Even the package itself seemed rushed and also some of the cube boxes were crushed/smashed.
I was offered a replacement and I was very excited to accept but I don't understand why would you add more work to struggle with, in one of your busiest season, if it is too much to handle.
I ended up buying rubbing alcohol so I can clean all the cubes.
I could have send an email instead of making this review but it doesn´t seem possible to contact you. And due to my working hours, calling is not an option.
Overall the products, the communication and the experience this time were very disappointing.
*I would have attached photos of everything I mentioned but that is not an option with trustpilot.

This company is a scam
Ordered my expensive limited edition Gancube on the 16th December (48 hours before their advertised Christmas cutoff date), to ensure it would be posted before Christmas. I didn't expect it to arrive from Denmark to Australia in time, but if it was posted the next day like they claimed, then I knew it wouldn't be far off. Two days later I received a tracking number, but it was just a number from a pre-purchased parcel envelope, the item wasn't actually delivered to the post office to be sent. It's now the 2nd January, and my tracking number still says the item has not yet been taken to the post office. I emailed Mastercubestore on the 28th December to ask for an update, and to request a refund if the item hasn't been taken to the post office by the 31st. I received no reply to my email. Thankfully I have a great bank who are really good with doing Visa chargebacks, so I will be calling my bank tomorrow to organise a full refund of my money.
**EDIT** Yesterday MasterCubeStore flagged my review as defamatory, but luckily Trustpilot didn't agree and they let my review stay as it is. This is so disappointing that the company has time to argue about reviews, but STILL HASN'T REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. Also after this incident I checked the tracking number again and guess what, it still says the parcel hasn't even been handed over to the post office yet.
