Daniel saw my case through from start to end. He was extremely proactive, responsive and helpful. Great service all round!

Absolute Mickey mouse company.

When you complain about how slow the process is taking (we waited 4/5 months) the director rings off his mobile phone (so calls aren't recorded) and he belittles you saying "I'm a director of a company, what have you achieved? Your struggling to get a mortgage and we are the only ones willing to help" there are many more companies that would have helped we were just unfortunate to get this broker.

Jessica is absolutely lovely and is clearly wasted in such a poor company ..... Jez and the director on the other hand have zero customer service skills and zero consideration to those that they are dealing with.

When I first enquired about obtaining some extra lending on a property I own I sceptical due to my challenging circumstances being overseas and having a CCJ issued against the property. However, Maste Private Finance were quick to source a lender and, despite the lengthy process, were always there to support me along the way. Daniel was always calm, supportive and informative during the application and I was grateful when MPF proved me wrong and secured the lending.

But Shannon at Master pulls it out of the hat everytime, just when I thought there was no lender available for my clients. They are great to work with and make the process easy
