Lease extensions

Lease extensions - fairly priced, and reliable

Simon at Masters Law has assisted me with several statutory lease extensions for leasehold residential property.

I first came across Masters Law because I noticed that their service was very fairly priced, especially as there are many firms charging high fixed prices for statutory lease extensions.

The fair price, has by no means resulted in a budget service level as Simon has always been prompt, clear, and informative in his handling of all of the matters.

He has also provided valuable advice on negotiating lease premiums, which has led to further significant savings in that area.

I would highly recommend the services of Simon at Masters Residential.

Simon Masters recommendation. Excellent solicitor

Simon Masters has recently completed our lease extension on our hove seafront flat and we have been incredibly impressed by the work Simon has carried out for us. He is unbelievably knowledgeable in the area of legal work and could resolve any situation that may arise during a lease extension on any property. We have felt supported and in such professional hands by using Simon and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody needing legal leasehold work. The cost of Simon’s service is very reasonable and his worth ethic is incredible.Thank you so much Simon for everything you did to allow us to extend our lease, with working so efficiently on the obstacles along the way, and therefore allowing us to make the progress with selling our flat and buying our next home.

Fantastic service

After a lot of research into extending the lease on my late Aunt’s property, I came across Masters Residential Leasehold Law.
Straight away I was impressed by Simon’s knowledge and also his plain speaking. I was also genuinely surprised by his low charges, as I had been quoted as much as double from some other law firms.
Throughout the process he kept me well informed and any questions I had were answered promptly. I never had to chase him for updates - and the whole process went very smoothly.
I have no hesitation in recommending Simon, I just wish all solicitors had the same professionalism and work ethic.
